Bella Vista United Civic Association

PARENTS ON PATROL, ...or P.O.P, is a group of dedicated parents in Bella Vista who patrol the community in the evenings to make Bella Vista a safer community. Acting as the eyes and ears of the local police district, members of P.O.P. all walk the neighborhood together and call in suspicious activity. They also record incidents of vandalism, graffiti and other infractions to be dealt with later by police or one of the committees of Bella Vista United Civic Association.
